 I THOUGH I WOULD JUST PUT IT OUT THERE IF ANY OF YOU WOULD LIKE ANY  HELP OR INFORMATION ON YOUR HAIR AS I KNOW RUNNING YOUR OWN BUSINESS AND BEING A MUM, WIFE, BOSS AND  JUST KEEPING IT ALL TOGETHER TAKE'S  ITS TOLL ON YOUR HAIR, SKIN AND WELLBEING. WE ALL KNOW IF YOU LOOK AND FEEL GREAT LIFE CAN BE  MUCH EASIER.
SO JUST A LITTLE TIP FOR TODAY. THIS TIME OF THE YEAR ITS GOOD TO KEEP YOUR" ZINC" LEVELS UP IT HELPS WITH HAIR LOSS ,REGULATING HOMONE LEVELS AND THEY SAY IT HELPS WITH MOOD SWINGS AND DEPRESSION, AND BUILD'S HEALTHY CELL'S WHICH HELP'S WITH YOUR SKIN AND YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM. BUT BECAFEFUL NOT TO ACHIEVE HIGH LEVELS OF ZINC AS IT CAN DO THE OPPOSITE.
ZINC, IODINE, AND SILICA ARE GREAT VITAMINS FOR HAIR SKIN AND NAILS FROM YOUR PHAMACIST
